A jack is used to easily elevate a vehicle when being constructed to prevent issues such as the wheels or other parts of the vehicle being stuck to the ground/floor, after which it is removed. A hover jack can be used at any point (including after vehicle completion) to elevate the vehicle or structure but requires power during use. A typical use may be when the player wants to add extra wheels to a vehicle. The hover jack requires materials which cannot be found adjacent to the crash site (harder to obtain).
